1. Company Information

comercionline is a company registered in the United States that provides direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce consulting services.

2. Description of Services

We offer comprehensive "done with you" consulting services designed to help eCommerce businesses scale. The service is based on active collaboration between comercionline and the client, and includes diagnosis, strategy, ongoing support, and execution.

Note: We do not guarantee specific results (such as increased revenue, ROAS, or conversions), as they depend on multiple factors beyond our control.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.

4. Payments

  • All payments are processed through Stripe and comply with PCI-DSS security standards.
  • You agree to pay all charges corresponding to the services purchased.
  • Payments may require acceptance of Stripe's terms: https://stripe.com/legal

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Because we provide a personalized service, we do not offer refunds once the consulting process has begun, unless previously specified in writing.

Cancellations must be requested in writing at least 5 days prior to the next work cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, strategies, and content delivered are the property of comercionline and are protected by copyright laws.
Their reproduction, redistribution, or sale without written authorization is prohibited.

7. Use of Brand and Content

  • By purchasing our services, you authorize comercionline to mention your brand as part of our portfolio or case studies, unless you decline in writing.
  • We comply with Meta and TikTok Ads policies: we do not promote misleading content, guaranteed results, or unverified claims. All advertising complies with their rules:

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all commercial, technical, or strategic information shared during the contractual relationship.

9. Limitation of Liability

comercionline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Maximum liability, in any event, shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client in the last 3 months.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through this page and will apply from the date of their publication.
